Staying here was an absolute treat! The breathtaking glacier view from our room was something out of a painting. The dining experience was delightful, with a wonderful menu. The personalized glacier tours offered added depth to our trip, and the guides were entertaining and knowledgeable. Truly an unforgettable experience!

I enjoyed the stunning views of the Athabasca Glacier from both my room and the lobby. The room was clean with a lovely minimalist style that made it feel spacious. Breakfast was delightful, offering a buffet with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the dinner menu at the restaurant had very limited choices, and I expected more for the price I paid per night. Also, I wished the breakfast hours were extended. I missed it by just a few minutes. Overall, the atmosphere and views make this lodge special, but some service aspects felt lacking for the price.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Columbia Icefield and the stunning scenery it offers. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent views of the glaciers. However, it would be nice to have more seating in the common areas, which felt a bit limited during peak times.

The welcome drink in the lobby was a delightful surprise, and hiking with no crowds on the glacier made the experience truly special.

Finding the guest parking lot was a hassle due to confusing directions!!! The lighting in the parking area is inadequate, making late-night check-ins frustrating!!! More attention to detail in payment processes could prevent issues!!!

Check-in was unusually slow, leaving us waiting for about 30 minutes. Our first room had an undesirable view of the garbage bins, and after moving to one with a view of the glacier, we encountered a funky smell and some unrefilled toiletries. Noise from the hallway often interrupted our peace, making the experience less relaxing than hoped for.

The Nordic-style hotel feels impeccably clean and fresh, with spacious rooms featuring high ceilings. Dinner was a highlight, particularly the vegan pasta, and breakfast provided a delightful spread with homemade desserts. However, some common areas felt crowded, and more seating would enhance the experience.
