Staying here was an absolute treat! The amazing glacier view from our room was something out of a painting. The dining experience was good, with a wonderful menu. The personalized glacier tours offered added depth to our trip, and the guides were entertaining and knowledgeable. Truly an lovely experience!

Room was nice and clean and could fit 5. 2 beds upstairs in the loft and 3 downstairs.
1. No parking allowed near the hotel even though there is a driveway. There should be provision for at least a dropoff so guests do not have to wait for luggage service which was provided by a very unfriendly gentleman 2. No food available anywhere nearby once the restaurant closes at 2100 hrs - this should be indicated clearly. Moreover, there are no kitchenette facilities

I enjoyed the fine views of the Athabasca Glacier from both my room and the lobby. The room was clean with a lovely minimalist style. Breakfast was good, with a buffet with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. The dinner menu at the restaurant had very limited choices, and I expected more for the price I paid per night. I wished the breakfast hours were extended. I missed it by just a few minutes. The atmosphere and views make this lodge special, but some service aspects felt lacking for the price.

It is located far from any town and right across the glacier. I am pleased with the room condition. However, the water volume for the shower can be only descibed as trickling.

Our room was very spacious for the two of us. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet but that could have been because we were there at the busiest time of the year.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Columbia Icefield and the stunning scenery it offers. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent views of the glaciers. It would be nice to have more seating in the common areas, which felt a bit limited during peak times.

Had great location right at Glacier, an easy walk to Icefield Centre. What's more, it was adjacent to the cafe, the Columbia Icefield Skywalk, and Jasper.
Well, the area was extremely busy overall.
